KBShimmer - Low & Be Bold Nail Polish

Low & Be Bold is a bright, nearly cobalt, ultramarine and flow blue with a slightly reddish undertone. This formula is what I like to call a "near-creme." It covers in 2-3 coats, but still has a slightly squishy look to it. This blue has been the hardest one for me to photograph and describe!

Notes: This is not a quick-dry polish, so we recommend following up with a coat of quick-dry top coat like Clearly On Top.
